Description

•SPT Labtech has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager covering the Northeast. •Overall responsibility for sales success of our product range. •You'll be a highly organized, proactive Sales Manager with a strong Life Sciences background. •Promotion, market development and sales of SPT Labtech’s liquid handling and sample management product lines. •Managing every pre-sale activity until purchase order and supporting post sales activities. •Scheduling and conducting product presentations and demonstrations to customers. •Organizing work time according to the priorities defined to achieve own goals. •Ensuring the development and follow-up of all opportunities by being able to build a balance between different product lines to sell. •Building a consultative relationship with our customers.

Requirements

•Extensive experience in a capital equipment sales role in the Life Sciences Market with experience selling automated liquid handling technologies or are familiar with lab automation solutions. •An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a Life Science discipline, a background in Genomics or Protein Crystallography is advantageous. •Familiar with CRM use as a central sales tool. Experience with Salesforce would be desirable. •Proven success and ability to develop business. •Ability to conduct presentations in front of varying audiences. •Autonomous, team player and capable of working remotely.
