β’ Ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve a sales target β’ Abiltiy to analyze data to drive strategic plans β’ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment β’ An outgoing personality with excellent people skills β’ Strong ability to relate and effectively build relationships with people β’ 3+ years working experience in related field β’ Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment β’ Proactive and positive attitude β’ Valid driver's license β’ Passion for Pets and the Planet β’ Proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting systems
