Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, and Strategy preferably in a high growth tech or SaaS environment. • Proficiency in Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM data management. • Technical acumen to operate as an individual contributor today with the strategic vision to grow and scale a large team in the future. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools. • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • 8-10 years experience • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
