Description

• Our client has experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. • To continue this trajectory, they’re searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with their CEO. • From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on their productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to teams, vendors & stakeholders. • The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing complex projects, driving strategic initiatives, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience as Chief of Staff • Three or more years of experience in a business management or executive role • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field • Masters degree in business administration is preferred • Experience in data analysis and budget management • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management • Proven success in a project coordination role • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications • We are a rapidly growing multi market shop based work cafe, therefore, this role offers an exciting opportunity to travel to various vibrant US Cities • Be prepared to travel 20 days per month

Benefits

• Salary: $135,000-$175,000 • Quarterly Performance Bonus of up to 20% • Participation in Equity Option Pool (range: 0.5% to 3%) • Benefits: Participation in Company's Reward & Recognition program [Hosted by Bonusly], participation in the Company’s health benefit program (launching 2025), a flexible vacation day policy and a remote Stipend of up to $2,500.
