β€’ Shape and oversee the creative vision across a variety of clients, ensuring that all work is innovative, strategically sound, and executed to the highest standards. β€’ Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, effectively presenting and selling creative ideas while integrating feedback to meet client objectives. β€’ Inspire, mentor, and manage a small team of freelancers and talent, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment. β€’ Work closely with internal stakeholders to amplify Right Side Ups marketing efforts to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns that align with company goals. β€’ Develop and execute compelling visual ideas across a variety of media, including digital, social, experiential, OOH, PR, and traditional platforms. β€’ Stay current with industry trends and cultural shifts, bringing fresh, strategic ideas to the table and sharing insights with the team. β€’ Manage and assign out projects to appropriate talent, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets adhered to. β€’ Maintain a keen design eye and masterful storytelling ability, ensuring all work is beautifully crafted and on-brand. β€’ Assist in or lead efforts to develop new business opportunities, contributing to pitches and presentations.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years in a creative advertising agency or similar setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role leading creative teams. β€’ Mastery of concepting, campaign development, and cross-channel creative execution, with expert-level proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides) and Slack is a plus. β€’ Proven ability to manage up and down, coaching and mentoring a growing team while maintaining trusting relationships with clients. β€’ Ability to think broadly and strategically about campaigns, with a deep understanding of each client’s business model, key issues, and competitive landscape. β€’ Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. β€’ Resourceful, flexible, and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and ideas. β€’ Digitally connected with a passion for technology and innovation, and an insatiable curiosity for how it applies to our industry. β€’ A strong point of view that can lead the creative and strategic development of brand campaigns, fostering conceptual thinking among the team. β€’ Eagle eye attention to detail, ensuring all work is polished and error-free. β€’ A natural curiosity for the unique, buzz-worthy, and culturally relevant, with a commitment to driving creative excellence.
