Description
•Design, configure, and implement Rightsline solution •Evaluate business requirements for applications and systems integration •Lead definition, testing, training, and support of system requirements •Identify customer requirements/use cases and document delivery results •Manage data migration needs and guide clients on data cleansing •Engage with 3rd party technology vendors and system integration partners •Conduct reviews and analyze business and IT processes
Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Implementation position •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field •Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a time-sensitive environment •Ability to review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback •Ability to make sound judgment and resolve problems without supervision •Experience in data modeling and SQL preferred, but not required •Experience with Financial Systems preferred, but not required •Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally •Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
