• Responsible for day-to-day administration of all US benefits programs • Works closely with benefits brokers on all US benefits activities • Identifies, reports, and resolves issues relating to benefits plans • Reviews invoices and sends to Accounting for processing • Submits legal tickets and works with Legal staff on benefit contracts • Documents and maintains administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes • Assists with implementing international benefits plans and programs • Provides research, documentation, and reporting support for benefit plans • Communicates with US and international employees regarding benefit policies • Assists with US benefits administration and global compensation initiatives
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent • An active US and/or international benefits certification • 3-5 years of demonstrated US benefits experience • International benefits experience across multiple countries preferred • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits programs/plans
