•Manage and pro-actively support Rimini Street security solutions •Collaborate with Global Security Services for post-implementation support •Handle monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and managing security solutions •Participate in change management process •Report potential threats and ongoing security issues to senior management
•3+ years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics •Previous experience in communicating with customers and meeting customer demands •Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), and Endpoint Security •Linux/Windows knowledge is a requirement •Basic knowledge to code (Python, Java, Linux shell, and/or Power Shell) •Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques •Strong communication skills with client and team members •Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment •Strong diligence with an analytical mind and outstanding critical thinking skills •SSCP, CAP, CompTIA Security+ or similar IT certification in related field •Experience with security in public clouds like AWS, Azure and GCP as well as private cloud providers with global and local scale
