β€’ Responsible for managing and growing relationships within MCM and Ho1a in Mexico. β€’ Developing new partners in LATAM. β€’ Manage pipeline and support partner sales teams in closing opportunities. β€’ Lead UC and CC training programs for sales and pre-sales teams. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to partners, customizing solutions to align with customer needs. β€’ Collaborate with partners to analyze business opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs. β€’ Ensure deployment and support processes are optimized for end customers. β€’ Secure a strong presence within assigned accounts to influence decision-makers and drive initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in UC and CC solutions. β€’ Strong understanding of Mexican telecom operators and channel partners, especially MCM and Ho1a. β€’ Ability to deliver high-impact sales training and enablement programs for partner sales and pre-sales teams. β€’ Technical and commercial acumen to evaluate project requirements, RFPs, and RFIs. β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of an organization. β€’ Bilingual for Spanish and English. β€’ Demonstrated ability to perform live solution demonstrations and adapt presentations to UC and CC use cases. β€’ High energy, proactive mindset, and self-starter attitude. β€’ Capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Mexico.
