β’ Responsible for managing and growing relationships within MCM and Ho1a in Mexico. β’ Developing new partners in LATAM. β’ Manage pipeline and support partner sales teams in closing opportunities. β’ Lead UC and CC training programs for sales and pre-sales teams. β’ Act as a trusted advisor to partners, customizing solutions to align with customer needs. β’ Collaborate with partners to analyze business opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs. β’ Ensure deployment and support processes are optimized for end customers. β’ Secure a strong presence within assigned accounts to influence decision-makers and drive initiatives.
β’ Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in UC and CC solutions. β’ Strong understanding of Mexican telecom operators and channel partners, especially MCM and Ho1a. β’ Ability to deliver high-impact sales training and enablement programs for partner sales and pre-sales teams. β’ Technical and commercial acumen to evaluate project requirements, RFPs, and RFIs. β’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of an organization. β’ Bilingual for Spanish and English. β’ Demonstrated ability to perform live solution demonstrations and adapt presentations to UC and CC use cases. β’ High energy, proactive mindset, and self-starter attitude. β’ Capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Mexico.
