Description

• If you got into healthcare to make a difference, you’re in the right place • We’re looking for a values-driven, mission-focused, dynamic Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about working with seniors • Helping them stay healthier, at home longer, and out of the ER • We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of critical tools • This role will be central to enhancing and expanding our digital products • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces • Conduct regular code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and perform debugging to maintain code quality

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio of completed projects • A keen interest in AI-driven solutions and a desire to help shape the future of healthtech • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic • Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, healthcare data standards, and value-based care is a plus
