This role will work closely with the National Institute of Health (NIH) to improve the user experience for our client and Ripple Effect SharePoint sites. The ideal candidate will have Power BI experience and be able to pass federal background checks, including an IRS financial/credit check. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of experience with Power Platform development • Experience independently developing applications using Power Platform, PowerApps, and SharePoint • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to work independently, including prioritization, and knowledge of when to seek assistance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to pass a federal background check, including an IRS financial/credit check • Willingness to work within the U.S. in a state Ripple Effect is set up to support (NOT New York or California) • Database experience with an ability to access and manipulate significant amounts of complex data • Experience working directly with clients to develop solutions in response to their needs • Requirement gathering, testing, and presentation skills • Experience developing and carrying out quality control processes • Relevant Microsoft certifications • Government contracting experience
