• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of mid- to large-sized projects such as website builds, paid media/social assets, landing pages and other marketing collateral. • Assists project managers with planning and execution tasks for larger initiatives. • Contributes to the development and refinement of project management processes and tools. • Participates in stakeholder meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on project progress. • Liases with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Works to optimize creative project processes with stakeholders to maximize efficiency. • Fosters relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their expectations are met. • Takes point on resource planning and scheduling for assigned projects, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in online degree program management (OPM). • Experience working in Higher Education and/or agency is desired. • Experience managing intricate marketing and digital/Web projects/programs. • Marketing and/or Creative agency experience a plus. • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously with a history of delivering on schedule and within budget. • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and social media. • Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools and PowerPoint required. • Experience with Adobe Workfront a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to communicate with a cross functional team that is geographically dispersed and of different professional backgrounds (i.e. Technology teams, Creative groups, Agents, etc.) • CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
