• Oversee operational functions of the Employee Benefits Practice. • Develop and implement operational strategies. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations. • Oversee resource management and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the employee benefits or insurance industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership. • Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
