•Rithum is the world’s most trusted commerce network, accelerating how brands, suppliers, and retailers work together to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences. •Today, more than 40,000 companies trust Rithum to grow their business across hundreds of channels, representing over $50 billion in annual GMV. •As the Marketing Operations Director, you will be instrumental in executing Rithum’s global marketing automation strategy by owning the company’s marketing technology stack, managing technical campaign execution and establishing tracking & data workflows that drive marketing performance. •You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a high-performing global team and manage key platforms to optimize and scale our marketing initiatives. •Your expertise in B2B SaaS, advanced automation and technical marketing will empower Rithum to elevate marketing performance, streamline operations and deliver measurable results that support our growth objectives.

Requirements

•10+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within global B2B SaaS environments with demonstrated success in executing high-growth, scalable strategies. •Deep hands-on experience using the following technologies: Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), ABM (6Sense). •Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing and customer engagement initiatives. •Deep expertise in data management, analytics and reporting with a track record of turning data into actionable business insights that drive measurable growth. •Exceptional communication, project management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced setting. •Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving ROI on marketing technology investments. •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Graduate degree marketing, business, data/analytics, technology or a related field is a plus. •Prior experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth environment. •Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, SEM and SEO. •Demonstrated ability to lead data integration projects using Marketo, including managing custom APIs and complex database structures.
