• Collaborating with stakeholders to grasp business goals • Translating insights into comprehensive system solutions • Maintaining a holistic perspective of the system • Identifying deliverables, tracking issues and risks • Troubleshooting system issues and developing enhancements • Staying updated on current trends in Human Capital Management (HCM) • Leading initiatives to enhance data quality and integrity • Assisting in the development of communication and training materials
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday focusing on configuration, support, and administration • Relevant Workday certifications • Proficiency in key Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Reporting • Strong background in Workday HCM Integrations and Reporting, including Raas and EIBs • Familiarity with the Workday Studio application • Hands-on experience with XSLT/XML document transformations and validations • Knowledge of standardized IT file delivery methodologies such as SFTP and API • A solid understanding of IT change management and compliance • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
