Description
• Responsible for managing the implementation of compliance program elements across key regulatory areas. • Drive adherence to regulations impacting the business and assure effective compliance program maintenance. • Lead the management and execution of compliance programs. • Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities. • Develop and refine compliance strategies and process improvements. • Monitor and analyze new regulations impacting the business.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in related field Required • 7 years of experience in the healthcare compliance field including conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities within a compliance program. • 7 years of experience in strong working knowledge of the various settings of pharmacy or healthcare operations • 7 years of experience in progressive management with at least six years developing, launching, managing, and monitoring compliance programs. • 7 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations including billing and regulatory requirements. • 5 years of experience in working with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) compliance program requirements.
