• Optimize and manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Dealhub, etc.) to improve Sales, Service and Marketing efficiency for 4 Business Unit’s within Riverside. • Perform monthly data audits with Vendors and automate validation processes. • Streamline CRM workflows by automating key sales and marketing tasks. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain and enhance CRM tools. • Develop custom HubSpot dashboards to track KPIs for sales, marketing, and customer success across 4 business units within Riverside. • Conduct pipeline analysis and manage quoting automation to support sales and enablement teams. • Improve forecasting and cross-functional alignment through monthly process reviews with stakeholders. • Collaborate with enablement team to build and deliver training for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams. • Provide daily support for CRM systems, resolving ticket requests and reducing future issues through training and documentation. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance CRM usage and reduce support requests. • Identify, scope and execute projects which you feel will help Riverside grow.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and data management. • Deal Hub experience is a plus. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
