📋 Description
• Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products and processes • Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products • Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives • Lead and advice on business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition products implementations • Ensure the product implementation team delivers the module on time, within budget and to high-quality standards • Deliver workshops and meetings • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects • Completes internal tasks as assigned • Coach junior consultants on projects • Prepares status updates, forecasting and tracking time
🎯 Requirements
• Certification in SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) modules • Business proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written) • Strong experience in leading a team for the Onboarding 2.0 implementation project • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Minimum 2 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Onboarding 2.0 • At least 3 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Module • At least 1 migration experience from ONB 1.0 to ONB 2.0 (preferred)
