🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years experience leading strategic HR programs/projects, with a strong focus on AI, automation, process optimization, and system implementation • Expertise with HR tools and systems; strong preference for Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, Sana, and Moveworks experience • Excellent project management skills with proven track record to lead enterprise-wide projects, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and align cross-functional teams • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to optimize solutions and measure success • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on influencing and aligning diverse teams • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to assess return on investment and align initiatives with organizational priorities • Global experience preferred
