As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with senior leaders in the intelligent automation and lean division to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligent automation process mining • Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships • Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Proficiency with SQL and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, and Process Mining • Experience with S/4HANA migration • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • You have in-depth experience in at least one of the following business processes: Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables or Purchase-to-Pay • You have hands-on experience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining • The ideal candidate must be based in the US and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
