Description

• Lead external Customer implementations by developing, documenting, and facilitating project plans for Roche products. • Responsible for project strategies and plans for large diagnostic system customer implementations. • Collaborate with project stakeholders and teams to outline work plans and assign duties. • Conduct meetings for Roche Diagnostics customers and internal stakeholders. • Recommend policies and processes to improve operations and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5 years relevant project management work experience • Reside within 50 miles of a major US metropolitan airport • Able and willing to travel approximately 20-30% across the US • PMP certification • Extensive knowledge of internal systems and business procedures • Knowledge of customer needs and features/benefits to meet those needs • Experience with Laboratory Information System and IT Middleware Implementation Projects • Experience in cloud-based project management and other cloud-based software • Strong communication, influence, leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills
