• The Field Implementation Specialist serves as the primary liaison providing post-sales customer support • You will be mentored to provide highly visible, self-supervised, self-directed, and extensive onsite advisory customer support • This is a field-based, national role which requires 95% travel to client sites, including overnight travel Mon-Fri • Validates installations • Identifies training gaps by assessing customers' organizational structure, analyzers/instruments, workflow, and current knowledge/experience • Develops and delivers training to customers on Roche platforms, processes and expectations • Provides first-level and problem solving of issues that arise for customers during the lifecycle of the solution • Identifies opportunities for new system consumables for clients

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences • 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT support in a clinical lab environment • Able and willing to travel 95%, including overnight travel M-F • Reside within 50 miles of a major US metropolitan airport • Preferred Qualifications: ASCP certification, MLS or MLT degree • Ability and willingness to rapidly gain and apply new knowledge, solutions, and skills for Roche chemistry and IT solutions • Effective customer communication skills (written and verbal), positive attitude, helpful customer interaction, and fostering of strong internal and external customer relationships • Effective time-management, organization, and prioritization skills • Ability to work as a field-based individual contributor with independence and autonomy
