📋 Description
• The Trading Operations Associate will support day-to-day trading activities, ensuring smooth execution of orders, managing risk controls, and maintaining operational efficiency. • Assist in transactions across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges, ensuring timely and accurate order placement. • Monitor real-time transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management guidelines. • Initiate and approve on-chain and off-chain cryptocurrency transfers. • Manage and maintain accounts across various cryptocurrency exchanges and DeFi protocols. • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, compliance, finance) to ensure accurate record-keeping of trades and settlements. • Maintain and monitor market data feeds to ensure accurate pricing and liquidity information. • Ensure all trades and DeFi contract interactions adhere to risk controls and compliance protocols. • Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and work to improve workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations. • Experience using blockchain explorers and crypto wallet management tools. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain technology, and digital asset management. • 2+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably in fintech, crypto, or banking. • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including handling time-sensitive tasks and high-pressure situations. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools and experience with data collection and analysis.
