• We’re the fastest-growing sports gaming company ever. • We build innovative games and products for American sports fans. • The opportunity in front of us to become the biggest company in our space is massive. • We believe that sports are for everyone and are building a tomorrow for every fan. • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Ops Associate to support our Growth Marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies. • This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, data management, reporting, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of marketing BI/reporting tools and infrastructure solutions • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau). • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets. • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), LTV, and ROI. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process inefficiencies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
