🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 12-15+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or related fields. • Proven track record of leading successful M&A transactions. • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading post-merger integration. • Deep understanding of corporate strategy, market dynamics, and industry trends. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
