Description

• The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) product expert and trusted advisor providing primarily post sales technical expertise during the installation, configuration, implementation and post-implementation servicing of company products, ie Mobius. • This person will also work closely with Rocket’s partner community to build their knowledge and independence around pre and post sales tasks.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related software experience, including development, application lifecycle, consulting • Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience as a user, admin or developer; knowledge of Mobius is very helpful but not required • Business process requirements and design • Database technologies (e.g. Oracle, SQL, DB2) • High proficiency configuring and deploying applications in one or more OS, specifically Linux and Windows • Enterprise application development (e.g. Java, .NET, Python & shell scripting) is very helpful, but not required • Experience deploying cloud server environments and applications, ideally with experience using Kubernetes • Previous customer facing consulting experience, with exceptional communication and organizational skills • Committed to Rocket’s core values of empathy, humanity, trust and love
