📋 Description

• rockITdata is seeking a Full Stack Data & Analytics Manager to join our Emerging Solutions team. • We specialize in providing strategic insights and transformative solutions to healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms. • The Manager will play a critical role in driving client success. • Design and create complex data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively. • Develop and test data workflows to transform, cleanse and structure data for consumption. • Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making. • Apply AI and ML concepts to bring innovation to clients. • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges and demonstrate subject matter insights. • Support client engagement from initial discovery through final recommendation and implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a BA/BS Degree • Must have 3+ years’ experience in the data and analytics space • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL) • Expert-level skills in Qlik, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau) • Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities • Advanced Excel and database management skills • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise • Ability to lead project development
