Requirements

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing clear project plans and timelines. • Oversee the full project lifecycle for CRM implementations, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into actionable project steps. • Act as the product owner in agile processes, managing backlogs and sprint goals. • Monitor and evaluate project impact on business processes post-implementation, recommending adjustments for optimization. • Serve as the primary point of contact for updates and feedback between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Develop and execute change management plans, including user training, documentation, and support. • Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders, summarizing progress, challenges, and resolutions. • Guide the implementation of CRM solutions, including integration with existing systems and data migration processes. • Identify opportunities to enhance CRM system usability and efficiency.
