Description

• Be an expert on building decarbonization policy and programs, with a focus on incentive programs for residential retrofits • Play a key role in defining the company vision for new industry standards for incentive program design and implementation • Assist in ideation, design and implementation of new and innovative products and features, informed by ongoing analysis of technology trends, policy developments and customer needs • Assist with business development and go-to-market, including the design and execution of pilot engagements to test and demonstrate our product with customers and key stakeholders • Assist with the development of partnerships, including strategic and channel partnerships, to support our go-to-market strategy • Interact with and support our customers to answer subject matter related questions and maintain an excellent customer experience • Collaborate and influence program design and implementation strategy at incentive providers and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• BA or Masters in a relevant field • Attention to detail & highly organized • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Proficient in text editors, data manipulation apps (Airtable / Retool) and spreadsheets • Adaptability, flexibility and collaborative to work in an early-stage startup environment
