Description

• As an Implementation Consultant you will help clients implement Fiix CMMS. • Train clients' employees on product functionality. • Communicate information about the implementation process. • Guide clients through each project milestone until successful launch. • Act as primary point of contact for clients during implementation. • Enable clients to maximize technology benefits and adoption for solutions. • Engage directly with clients to identify requirements and configure CMMS. • Proactively manage expectations and identify risks during implementation. • Develop and deliver client-specific training programs. • Assist clients with data collection, loading, and configuration. • Design client-specific reports and dashboards. • Support integrations between Fiix & ERP systems. • Record project progress and store artefacts centrally. • Collaborate to refine CMMS & implementation best practices. • Assist in training new Implementation Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. • The ability to travel 40% of the time. • A valid driver's license. • This role typically requires a minimum 2+ years' experience in a software implementation role; SaaS and/or CMMS software experience. • Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry considered an asset. • Prior experience translating customer requirements into workable software solutions. • Prior experience in Project Management leading small and medium software implementations; including experience developing work-breakdown structures and managing project plans.
