Description

• Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects and instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. • Evaluate and approve operational quality of system equipment and participate in the establishment, measurement, and achievement of customer satisfaction metrics. • Perform project management function for customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. • Demonstrate personal leadership for project engineering teams, field service employees, and project support personnel, delivering internal training as part of global competency program. • Develop and write documentation as required (validation project plans, standard operating procedures, qualification summary reports, system audits, technical reports, traceability matrix, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to be consistently fully utilized on billable work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Legal authorization to work in the U.S and Canada. • The ability to travel up to 70% of the time. • Prefer eight or more years of experience with Electrical systems and installation. • Experience with Allen-Bradley PowerFlex Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Drives, Allen-Bradley Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Motor Control Centers, and related products in the Allen-Bradley portfolio of Power products. • Prior experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration, or an engineering firm. • Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant (customer) including VPs, plant engineers and OEM machine builders.
