• 8+ years in digital media buying, planning, and strategy, ideally managing campaigns with $100K higher monthly spend • Media/Marketing agency experience is preferred, and a background in B2B Marketing is a must • Must have hands-on experience planning and buying content syndication and direct publisher programs • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience is preferred • Hands-on experience with Convertr and/or Integrate is strongly preferred • Exceptional relationships with B2B media vendors and lead-gen partners • Strong team management, hiring, and mentorship abilities • Strong collaboration skills, able to work with multiple clients and departments to accomplish goals • Ability to influence client decisions and comfortability accompanying the sales team on pitches • Superb communication skills - written and oral, presentation skills are key for this role – as is speaking to clients • High-end Excel skills: Coding, using advanced formulas and pivot tables • Bonus points: knowledge of and experience working with digital channels outside of media direct (IE programmatic, paid social, SEM, etc)
