Description
•As Product Manager, Retail Growth, own execution of growth initiatives to drive user engagement, activation, and revenue across retail business lines. •Lead experimental efforts to onboard new users, keep users engaged, and improve conversion rates. •Shape roadmap for critical growth initiatives while delivering impactful business outcomes. •Implement strategies to optimize acquisition funnels, increase activation rates, and grow revenue through collaboration with cross-functional teams. •Analyze key metrics to uncover opportunities and inform the development of scalable growth strategies.
Requirements
•4+ years of experience in growth product management or similar role in a consumer software or SaaS environment •Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition and retention through experimentation and optimization •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or similar platforms •Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with stakeholders •Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution
