Description

• Serve as the Product Owner within APS Shared Services, Agile Release Train (ART) throughout all stages of the product life cycle. • Work closely with business owners, customers, stakeholders, system architects, product management team, and others ensuring business value, and aligning outcomes. • Identify problems to be solved, guide story creation ensuring they are aligned with product strategy, assist with ART backlog prioritization. • Communicate the roadmap during PI Planning, and accept stories. • Continually evaluate progress toward story acceptance criteria and value delivered from the backlog. • Participate in iteration planning, backlog refinement, iteration reviews, team retrospectives, and team sync meeting.

Requirements

• Certified SAFe Practitioner. • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. • Familiarity with System Applications and Products (SAP). • 3-5 years of experience serving in the Product Manager or a Product Manager support role. • Familiarity with Power Automate tools, Jira, PI Planning.io, Mural, and Jira Align. • Very experienced with advanced utilization of various Microsoft applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box.
