• The Denver Director of Development will further the mission of Roundup River Ranch through philanthropic revenue generation • Responsible for stewarding and growing a robust portfolio of primarily Denver based donors • Develop and implement strategic annual and long-term fundraising plans for Denver • Actively solicit, cultivate and steward new and existing individual donors at the ‘Major Gifts’ level ($5000+) • Engage in quarterly revenue forecasting and regular activity review • Maintain detailed records of donor and prospect activity in Raisers Edge database • Prepare donor proposals and supporting materials to assist donors • Plan and execute cultivation events and A Taste of Camp Gala in partnership with the Development team • Actively participate and support broader development team initiatives • Partner with the VP of Advancement, CEO and VP of Strategic Partnerships & Funding to identify new funding opportunities • Support comprehensive campaign efforts and special campaigns
• Computer proficiency and practical experience in word processing, Excel, database, and internet navigation • Proven track record as a fundraising professional • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
