Requirements
• Minimum Education: Certified RN or PA • 5-15 years of complaints and MDR experience • Technical Experience: Therapeutic Area/Device Class/Geographies • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Customer-focused with technical solution provision skills • Recognizes product clinical significance • Displays a sense of urgency to resolve customer issues • Empathetic communication with stakeholders • Identifies root causes and provides solutions • Supports Continuous Quality Improvement
