Description

• Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. • Prepares forecasts and analysis of identified trends and developments. • Serves as finance business partner, broadly across the organization interface with various levels of organization to understand key business drivers. • Identify and lead process improvement matters related to monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. • Drive and review monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes. • Utilize statistics, trends, and large data sets to identify expense patterns. • Create the expectation in the Finance department and the organization that Finance will serve as the data-based decision support system. • Undertakes significant special projects as assigned. • Development will include advanced financial analysis, coaching empowerment to enact strong continuous process improvement actions.

Requirements

• Must have experience managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Must have excellent Excel skills, including data mining and data analysis. • Must be capable of exercising good judgment in areas of high complexity when the situation warrants. • High level analytical capabilities with a record of successful accounting experience. • High math competency level; very detail oriented. • Must be able to work independently. • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with all levels of the organization. • Self-starter and motivation to accomplish tasks with minimal direction. • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office applications. NetSuite and OpenAir a plus. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
