Description

• Founded in 2009, RSC2, Inc. is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified HUBZone Professional Services company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. • RSC2 provides breakthrough expertise, support services, and technologies to make operations, programs and systems of record perform better. • Seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Control Analyst to support the RSC2 Corporate office. • The position is fully remote, supporting Eastern Standard Time. • Responsibilities include interfacing with program managers and external customers, cash flow improvement, preparation of financial deliverables, development of budgets, cost, schedule and contract performance variance analysis, and supporting financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field • 10+ years of relevant experience • U.S. Citizenship required • Highly proficient in multiple program types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.) • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables • Understanding of financial management as it relates to funding, revenue, cost, profit, Accounts Receivable, subcontracts and purchase orders • Analytical skills and excellent communication, presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Experience in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines • Ability to organize and manage action items • Must be able to multi-task and support program with efficiency and accuracy
