• Serve as a subject matter expert on anti-corruption and anti-bribery law • Advise and counsel Pratt & Whitney and its businesses on compliance • Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of anti-corruption policies • Conduct compliance-related risk assessments and develop action plans • Manage outside counsel and vendors engaged on legal matters

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) • 10+ years of legal experience • 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm, DOJ and/or in-house • Experience advising and counseling clients on anti-Corruption and anti-Bribery matters • Good standing with a state bar association
