• Lead development of 5-Year Strategic Financial Plan • Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategic initiatives • Support strategic planning process and monitor competitive landscape • Collaborate across functions to implement successful strategy • Present market analysis for strategic decisions • Assist in leading group process improvements using CORE

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance required before start date • U.S. citizenship required • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in business development, market research, strategy, and/or value stream leadership • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
