📋 Description

• Collaborate with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) stakeholders in developing use cases. • Create solutions that fulfill GRC objectives. • Operate in a dynamic environment where agile methodologies are applied at scale. • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple DT/GRC teams within RTX. • Create detailed process maps to visualize current and future state business processes. • Propose and design solutions that align with business objectives. • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring. • Identify and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Perform compliance analysis on proposed requirements. • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Create detailed documentation including business requirements and functional specifications. • Assist in the development and execution of test plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience • 8+ years experience working with Compliance Frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, CSF etc. • 5+ years experience in Project Management methodologies, Agile, Kanban or SCRUM • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. • Must be able to interface with end-user business, technology customers, and vendors in an effective and positive manner.
