• Provide Level 2 & 3 support for Electrical CAD software. • Perform root cause analysis and debugging of problems. • Monitor and resolve production CAD environment incidents and service requests. • Support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing as required. • Responsible for configuration and development of Electrical CAD solutions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience. • Software development experience. • Must also be willing and able to travel (domestic and international).
