• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience or 10 years with an Advanced Degree • Minimum 10 years in program or project management, focused on HR or financial systems • Previous experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementation • Previous experience in strategic and operational workforce planning • Previous consulting experience translating business needs into technical solutions • U.S. Person status
