• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Manage project lifecycles • Ensure successful implementation to improve business performance • Support change management initiatives • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants • Provide regular status updates to leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience or 10 years with an Advanced Degree • Minimum 10 years in program or project management, focused on HR or financial systems • Previous experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementation • Previous experience in strategic and operational workforce planning • Previous consulting experience translating business needs into technical solutions • U.S. Person status
