• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution • 5+ years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations and Strategy-based roles • Advanced proficiency with SQL and GSheets/Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller, discrete chunks • Experience in building trust and collaborating effectively alongside multiple stakeholders and executives in a fast moving environment • 1+ years of experience at a high growth startup (preferred) • Familiarity in leveraging Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) to drive and communicate insights (preferred) • Expertise in directly running or overseeing planning process / project management (preferred) • Experience in launching a new product, business line, and/or initiative from ideation to delivery (preferred)
