We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing Patient Strategy & Operations team. This role will focus on driving patient acquisition and optimizing conversion within our Psychiatric Services business.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in operations-based roles within an organization, with 2+ years of experience managing frontline teams Demonstrated experience with leading cross-functional teams to stand up, optimize, and scale new processes and systems Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision making Expertise in writing technical requirements, project plans/updates, experiment results, and strategy documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex issues into structured, strategic frameworks and concrete action plans Deep experience spearheading product changes and continuous improvement, within a Product department or collaborating extensively with Product teams
