Description

Sales Director with significant experience within the Fintech / Payments space. Drive revenue growth and expand market presence into new payments verticals as an individual contributor. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, acquiring new customers by showcasing the value of the Runa product, and negotiating commercial terms to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Close collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends. Contribute valuable insights to pricing strategies and help Runa stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Requirements

A track record of success in sales and business development in the payments space with enterprise clients. Your ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals with high impact. A strategic mindset combined with the ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly. Your data-driven approach to sales performance analysis and optimization. Strong collaboration and communication skills that drive alignment across teams and contribute to broader business success.
