• Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. • As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment process by managing candidate scheduling, working with our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and sourcing top talent.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a tech environment. • Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience. • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruiting tools. • Prior experience with scheduling across multiple time zones. • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
