Description
• Conduct legal research on insurance laws and regulations • Offer legal advice to executives • Collaborate with management to devise defense strategies • Monitor compliance with governance policies • Evaluate risk factors related to business decisions • Proactively advise on potential legal issues • Communicate and negotiate with external parties • Draft agreements, contracts, and legal documents
Requirements
• Law degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience • License to practice law in at least one state • CIPP, CCM or CISSP preferred
