• supports Ryder’s competitive edge in fleet management and safety • manage vendor relationships and implement loss prevention strategies • deliver consulting services to enhance fleet safety and compliance • conduct fleet management assessments and develop loss prevention recommendations • provide expert consultation on fleet safety, risk management, and compliance • conduct classroom and hands-on driver safety training programs • serve as resource to support Ryder's National Sales accounts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree preferred • Ten (10) years or more direct experience in developing and managing Safety and Loss Prevention programs required • Ten (10) years or more experience in the Transportation Industry required • Five (5) years or more experience in the Insurance Industry preferred • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) • Associate Safety Professional (ASP) • Certified Director of Safety (CDS)
